Courteous staff, couldn't ask for more. The rooms were beautiful and view of the ocean was awesome.

Good staff and location, I loved this stunningly beautiful and fancy hotel. The rooms were beautifully maintained and updated with the cleanliness of the unit as well as cookware. Generally everything was nice, though the bathroom was dirty.

Hopefully the room was huge with utensils, a sofa couch and dryer. The location was marvellous, for example, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk was within walking distance of the hotel.

The condo staff were very helpful and accomodating. In particular, Darlene was excellent in recommending several outstanding restaurants. The location of the condo was convenient to many attractions and restuarants. I would highly recommend the condo to others.

location on beach was lovely. we had two bedroomed apartment which was very clean and excellently appointed. Staff were all very friendly and helpfull. Pool area, although a little small was very clean and excellently maintained and there was a security guard on duty to stop anyone who is not a resident from using it. Would book again as it is well placed for a complete chill out - not much night life in immediate vicinity although johns pass about 8 min walk away is good for eating out and souvenier shopping whilst making the most of the views from the boardwalk.

Excellent location very close to beach. Booked a partial view and were upgraded to full Gulf view at no extra charge. Apartment was spacious for a family of four and was very clean. Facilities at thenresort were also excellent. Very happy with our choice of accomodation and would recommend it to families looking for a beach location.

I loved this place. It was near St Johns Pass and right on the beach. I was so comfortable here . was able to cook and clean all the clothes before I went home. Stayed in 413n one ofthe best rooms overlooking the pool and the beach. The kiddie pool was cute but too cold. I had a lugged up toilet and staff was there in 5 minutes! Im going back in may !!

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and found the suite to be perfect for feeling right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to have coffee, meals, etc. The pool and beach area were beautiful and relaxing. Beds were exquisitely comfortable with linens that were of a delightful quality. The entire set up exceeded our expectations and we look forward to a return visit bringing more family members.

Loud repairs being made to the property beginning early in the morning and lasting way into the evening kitchen was large with all major appliances, but grossly under equipped for families with a cook on board

You inernet should be faster. Other then that I loved it and will come back.

Villa was very nice and spacious. Pool was awesome....the kids loved it! Very easy beach access. Overall, very nice. We would come back to stay again!

Kitchen could use more dishes, pots & pans, utensils, etc.
